Shipping policy

At Vervani, we aim to get your orders to you quickly and safely. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Shipping times vary based on product availability and destination, with standard shipping taking 7–15 business days. International orders may take longer due to customs, carrier delays, or high demand. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its journey. We currently ship to select regions through trusted fulfillment partners. Please note, we’re not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control, nor for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
